FARMERS SAUSAGE DONE RIGHT

Pure Pork Farmers Sausage

This is where the magic started ... a simple recipe that started it all.  This sausage is the true original of Farmers Sausage done right. The great combination of only the finest pork along with the smoked flavor and coarse texture are sure to win you over.

All our sausages are available in both regular, and easy peel casings.

(Peel Before Cooking)

Oven:

Preheat to 350°F

  • Peel if necessary
  • Cut into 3 – 5” pieces, butterfly if preferred
  • Spread on baking sheet.
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F/71°C (approx. 30 minutes) – turning halfway through

 BBQ:

Preheat BBQ

  • Peel if necessary
  • Cut into serving size pieces, butterfly if preferred
  • Spread on grill
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F/71°C (approx. 20 minutes) – turning halfway through

Pork and Beef Farmer Sausage

For those who enjoy fantastic flavor combinations, our Pork & Beef Farmers Sausage is definitely for you. This is truly the best of both worlds. By adding choice aged beef to our original recipe, I think you'll agree, the outcome is exceptional.

For an extra kick of flavor, try our Double Smoked Farmers Sausage. All of our Sausages are smoked with top quality hickory. To experience all that flavor at its most intense, you'll have to try our Double Smoked.

Since our product became a hit for the barbeque, it only made sense to offer it as a patty.

BBQ:

Preheat BBQ

  • Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F/71°C (approx. 8  minutes) – turning halfway through
  • Spread on grill
  • Peel if necessary

Jalapeno Patties

Not only is our Farmers Sausage in patty form, now it's also got the great flavor and a bit of heat from the Jalapeno pepper. Instead of adding hot sauce to all your burgers, try our Jalapeno Patties instead. We're sure you'll be happy you did.

Farmers Sausage Minis

These sausages are a super alternative to the same old hot dogs. Also great on the barbeque, our minis offer the taste of Farmers Sausage in the form of a hotdog.
